If you are less than 18 year you need permission from your parents to order from us. To participiate in a course you need to be 18 or participate together with your parent.  All articles belong to Seapax until they are fully paid. Minimum purchase is SEK 500. Seapax take not responsibility for errors on this website. We do not guarantee that all pictures fully shows the articles. The prices include VAT with 25%.  All suspected fraud attempts will be reported to the Police. Seapax will cancel an order if there is such suspicion.

PAYMENT AND DELIVERY

We send our packages with the carriers PostNord, Schenker or DHL depending on what articles you order. You will get a sms – message or email, after that you will be able to follow you package on the carriers home page. Normal time of delivery is 3-7 working days after payment. In the event your ordered articles not immediately available from our stock, you will promptly be informed of the expected delivery time. We stock most of the articles but we always reserve for out of stock. If the article is out of stock though you could order it we will let you know. Then you can decide to wait or to cancel the order.

TERMS OF PAYMENT

You can pay and choose between;

• Pament with credit card. You can pay online with your Visa or MasterCard. We deliver to your home or company delivery address. We have the right to check that you live on the address you register. If it doesn´t make sense we have the right to cancel the order. When you pay online the amount will be charged immediately on your account.

In some countries Klarna payment is also available, This service includes payment against, delayed payment and sequential invoicing.

•Payment with Swish – not available at this moment.

•Price increases from our suppliers 
We reserve ourselves for price increases which we do not know. If it happens we will inform our customers who can accept or cancel the order.

BACKORDERS

If some of the articles you have ordered are not in stock, we will let you know by return by email or phone. Then you can accept to wait or to cancel the order. If you accept to wait we will distribute the articles in stock and the rest as soon as it has arrived in our stock.

NOT COLLECTED PACKAGE

The charge for not collected goods is SEK 300. The amount will be charged upon return of the goods from the carrier.

DAMAGE DURING TRANSPORTATION

All packages leaving our stock are insuranced. If the package is damaged when your receive it you need to make a note to the transporter without leaving the pick-up place. If you have opened the box and found a damage please contact customer service on phone +46 8 562 158 70.

THE RETURN AND EXCHANGE RIGHT

We offer return and exchange right within 14 days from the day when your receive  the article. In case of return or exchange you can not use  the article and it needs to be returned in undamaged condition including packaging. If you use the return rights you will pay the freight cost both ways. If there is a claim caused by a damaged article or if we sent the wrong article we will pay for the freight in both directions. NOTE: we do not  repay the original freight cost. The right to return and exchange does not include special production or for liferafts.The right to return is not valid for inflatable lifejackets which has a broken delivery seal.

IF YOU LIKE TO REGRET THE PURCHASE:

• If you like to return an article: please use the return paper you can find in the package. Return the package to: Seapax AB, Rålambshovsleden 42, 112 19 Stockholm, Sweden . You pay the freight cost. When we have received the package we will refund the amount to your account.

• If you like to change an article: 1.Call or e-mail always customer service on +46 8 562 158 70 if you like to change an article, so we can make an reservation for you. If you do not do that the article might be sold out before we have registered the change. 2. Please check your customer number and use it when you are calling. When you have contacted customer service please fill in the return paper which is in the package.3. Return the product together with the return form to us. You pack the return to the address:  Seapax AB, Rålambshovsleden 42, 112 19 Stockholm, Sweden. 4. When we have received the package we will confirm about next step. If it looks ok we will send the new article to you. If the new article is more expensive you need to pay the amount before we send the new article to you. If the new article is cheaper, we will refund the amount to you. We use the account you have written in the return paper.

• If you like to claim a faulty article. We follow the Swedish Konsumentköplagen which means 3 years of warranty. Please check the information you find on the website: www.konsumentverket.se 1. Contact our customer service on no +46 8 562 158 70 or email to: info@safetypax.se as soon you dentify the problem. 2. When you have spoken to or received return mail from customer service you fill in the return paper, which you received from us in the package. 3. Please return the faulty article together with the return paper to us. Please also add a copy of the order receipt and we will refund the amount to you. SAFE PAGES

Seapax AB use Secure Socket Layers – SSL, when the customer register the purchase we use SSL until he/she has confirmed the purchase in the checkout. To secure economic and other information we use the Secure Socket Layers, SSL. SSL is used to protect the information and verify the identity for both parts.  The most important is that SSL is used to verify the sellers identity. A connection is recognized by a looked padlock in the websites bottom and that the website starts with http. REGARDING CARD PAYMENTS AND 3D SECURE Seapax AB use 3D Secure for its card payments. 3D Secure is a technical standard used by Visa and MasterCard in order to give the card company possibility to verify the customers identity for purchase on internet. The code is also called CVC-code. It is a global standard which is also used by Mastercard. The method works as follows, when a customer which is in connection through the 3D Secure, will pay for the purchase with VISA or Mastercard, the customer is asked to identify itself (read about CVV-code above). Through a link to the bank the customer identify himself like it was an internet bank. The customer needs to confirm the purchase.

PERSONAL INFORMATION

We are legally obliged to ask you to accept that we keep your personal information. All information you give to us is handled by the responsible for GDPR. The information will be used with the intention to send the articles and take care of the economic transactions. Safetypax AB will never give your information to third part in marketing purpose unless you permit that. You have the right to check what information is registered at Seapax AB about you. If the information is incorrect, or incomplete you have the right to ask us to delete it.

FORCE MAJEURE

Seapax AB is reliefed from fulfilment of this agreement, if  below circumstances occur: it might prevent, complicate, or delay the fulfilment caused by authorities measure, by  newly or changed legislation, conflict on the labour market, blockade, fire or flood, sabotage, natural disaster. Force majeure also include the decisions by authorities which affect the market and the products in a negative way, by restrictions, warning texts, sales prohibition, unnormal decline, and if the company has been exposed to criminal activity that affect the fulfilment of the agreement
